Hazelnut - Beef, Turkey, and Jerky.

Hickory - Pork Ribs, Pork Tenderloin, Steaks, and Chops.

Maple - All cuts of Meat like Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Seafood, and Poultry.

Mesquite - Fish, Beef, Chicken, and Jerky.

Oak - Red Meat, Game, and Fish.

Pecan - All cuts of Meat like Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs,  Seafood, Poultry, and Smoking.
